Independence day was celebrated at Christ the King School. The programm began with the hoisting of the National flag by the Headmistress and the Manager. Followed by the parade by our students. There were speeches by the students h highlighting the importance of the freedom and remembered those who involved in the freedom struggle. While speaking, the Manager brought the example of Rani Laxmibai (Jhansi Rani) who sacrificed her life to protect her people.
